What the report contains

You already have your heat map, your top impacts and your findings for free. This is the full AI system impact assessment behind them, written up as the record an ISO/IEC 42001 auditor, a regulator or a customer’s due diligence team expects to see.

• The screening, recorded. Prohibited and sensitive uses and the context factors, each answered, with the verdict and your screening note: the record that shows the thresholds were applied.
• The AI system, described. Purpose, intended uses and users, foreseeable misuse, data, model, deployment environment, the people affected and the expected benefits, as ISO/IEC 42005 asks.
• Safeguards for each dimension of impact. Fairness, transparency, explanation, human oversight, contestability, privacy, safety, monitoring, society and accountability, each answered yes, partly or no, with your explanation.
• Every impact, highest level first. With its owner, the dimensions of impact, the safeguards already in place, its likelihood, severity and level, and the rationale for the rating.

• The residual impact check. Whether High or Critical impact remains once the measures are in place, and so whether the system can go ahead as planned.
• Review and decision. The governance review and whether its advice was followed, the views of the people affected, the decision, who approved it and when, and the next review date.
• Every finding, with what closes it. Each gap between your assessment and what ISO/IEC 42005 and ISO/IEC 42001 expect, and the document that closes it.
• An AI-assisted analysis and 30/60/90-day roadmap. A one-sentence verdict, where you stand and what it means, a statement for senior management, three to five priorities and a roadmap, written from your own answers and checked automatically against them.
