The Website is operated by Governance Docs LLC (“Governance Docs”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a limited liability company registered in the State of New Mexico, United States, with its registered office at 1209 Mountain Road PL NE Ste R, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87110, USA. By accessing the Website or purchasing our products you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

  • “Products” mean the digital documentation toolkits, templates, and related materials offered for sale on the Website.

2. Products and Digital Delivery

Our Products are digital documentation toolkits delivered electronically. After your payment is confirmed, you will receive access to download the Products; no physical goods are shipped. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address and to download and securely store your files. Please see our Delivery Policy for details.

3. Product Licence

Subject to payment in full and to these Terms, Governance Docs grants you a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use and adapt (edit) the Products for the internal compliance, governance, and business purposes of a single organization (the organization that purchased, or on whose behalf the Products were purchased).

You may: edit, customize, and internally distribute the Products within that one organization.

You may not: resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, publish, or otherwise make the Products (or any derivative or substantial part of them) available to any third party, whether free of charge or for a fee. Consultants, advisors, and service providers who wish to use the Products for or with client organizations require a separate licence for each client. All intellectual property rights in the Products remain the exclusive property of Governance Docs LLC.

4. Orders, Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated and may change at any time, except for orders already placed. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your full payment card details. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

5. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund and Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Website or Products for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website or its systems, and not to interfere with the Website’s operation or security.

7. Disclaimer

Our Products are provided for informational and template purposes only and do not constitute legal, regulatory, or certification advice. Purchasing or using a Product does not guarantee certification, audit success, or compliance with any standard, law, or regulation. 8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Governance Docs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or business, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website or the Products. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or any Product shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product giving rise to the claim.

All content on the Website, including the Products, text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of Governance Docs LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New Mexico, USA.
