Four complete AI management system documents from our ISO 42001 Toolkit, free. Operational records for running an AIMS — the evidence an auditor asks to see — not descriptions of one.
What you’ll receive
| Document | What it is for |
|---|---|
| Human Oversight Log | Records human intervention in AI-assisted decisions, evidencing meaningful oversight under ISO/IEC 42001 clause 8.1 and EU AI Act Articles 14 and 26 (FORM-0026). |
| Bias and Fairness Testing Record | Evidence that AI systems were tested for unfair outcomes before and during use. Supports clause 8.1 and EU AI Act Articles 10 and 15 (FORM-0025). |
| Prohibited Practice Screening Record | Screens a system against the practices prohibited by EU AI Act Article 5, in force since 2 February 2025. Completed at intake and on any material change of purpose (FORM-0027). |
| Organizational Context Analysis Worksheet | Captures internal and external context, contingencies and owners — the clause 4.1 groundwork the rest of the AIMS is scoped from (FORM-0005). |
Where these fit in ISO 42001
Three are operational records from clause 8.1, the point where an AI management system stops being a policy and starts producing evidence: who reviewed a decision, what was tested for bias, and whether a system was screened against the prohibited practices. The fourth is the clause 4.1 context analysis everything else is scoped from. Each one also carries its EU AI Act reference, so the same record serves both obligations.
