Premium report

A worked sample for a fictional organization: the recovery sequence, impact over time, dependencies and findings, an AI-assisted analysis with priorities and a 30/60/90-day roadmap, plus the live Excel workbook.

Description

What the report actually contains

You already have your overall score for free. This is everything underneath it — the part that tells you what to do on Monday.

  • Your score for every domain, not just the headline. A 62% overall usually hides one domain at 20% and another at 95%, and the average is the least useful number in the set.
  • Every open gap, ordered weakest first. Not in clause order — in the order a certification auditor will reach them.
  • A recommended first action for each gap, which differs by how far along you are. A control you are running but cannot evidence needs records, not another policy, and the report says so rather than telling you to write a document you already have.
  • The document that closes each gap, named. Every gap is mapped to the specific file in the matching Governance Docs toolkit that addresses it — so the plan is a list of things to do, not a list of things to research.
  • Your assessment as a live Excel workbook, with your answers in place and the scoring formulas intact.

The workbook is not a copy of the report

Most compliance reports are read once and filed. This one comes with the working file behind it: every requirement, your answer, your evidence notes, your owners and target dates, and a scoring engine that recalculates as you change things.

That means you can keep working offline, assign rows to colleagues, take it into a meeting, or hand it to an auditor or a client without them needing an account here. Change a status from Implemented, not evidenced to Implemented and evidenced and the score moves in front of you.

One assessment, one purchase, regenerate any time

This is not a subscription and not a seat licence. You buy the report for a specific assessment. If you go back and correct an answer, or close some gaps and re-score yourself, you can regenerate both files at no further cost — the report reflects your current answers, not the ones you happened to have on the day you paid.

Both files live in your account permanently and are downloadable only while signed in. Links are not transferable, which is deliberate: the report describes your control weaknesses in detail.

Which frameworks it covers

All of them. The report is generated from whichever assessment you completed, so one purchase works for any framework we offer. Start with:

How to get it

  1. Complete a free assessment. You can stop and come back; answers save as you go.
  2. Create a free account to see your overall score.
  3. Buy the report from your result screen. The assessment is attached automatically.
  4. Both files are generated immediately and a link is emailed to you. They also appear under My assessments in your account.

You cannot buy this product on its own, because there would be nothing to put in it. If you have arrived here directly, start with one of the assessments above.

Honest about the boundaries

The report is exactly as accurate as your answers. It is a structured self-assessment, not an audit, and it does not certify anything — a certification body will reach its own conclusions, and may reach different ones. What it does is tell you where you stand before you invite one, using a scoring method that is published, applied identically to everyone, and comparable over time.

It does not include the toolkit documents themselves. It names the ones that close your gaps; the documentation toolkits are sold separately.

When a standard changes, know first

One email a month: edition changes, new deadlines, and what they mean for documentation you already have. No sales sequence.
